As founder and owner of Elite Collection Designs, Carolyn McNeil is an expert designer who’s passionate about her work. For Carolyn, working with so many sororities over the years “has been a small business owner’s dream,” with the personal connections she’s made, and more. Carolyn holds a degree in business and is an active Gemology Institute of America (GIA) alumna, diamond graduate. At GIA, she studied design, computer-aided design (CAD), casting, wax carving, mold making, and jewelry essentials.

From castors to polishers, each piece is specially crafted using the best materials to ensure quality pieces that look amazing.
